Walk and Talk Counselling

Walk and Talk sessions allows you to free yourself from the constraints of being inside. It's a great service for easing tension and anxiety.

Together we will agree a place to meet in one of the many beautiful scenic places in Bideford, Westward Ho! and surrounding areas. We can walk, stroll or find a quiet place to sit and take in the views and fresh air. 

Online Counselling

£45 per session

Session length 60 minutes

Online and Telephone services allow you to be in the comfort of your own home and is useful if you are unable to travel.

Taking the first step to counselling can be daunting, therefore it might be more comfortable being in your own home surrounded by your belongings or maybe a family pet.
