As an integrative counsellor I am trained to work with different therapeutic models to support your individual needs. Working together we can help gain a greater insight into the difficulties you are facing, increasing your self awareness and developing a set of tools which will help you manage and resolve your difficulties, leading to a happier and more positive life.
