Hello and a warm welcome.

My name is Janet Brunning, I am a qualified adult and young peoples counsellor psychotherapist, and accredited member with the NCS (National Counselling Association).

I live and work in Bideford North Devon where I run a private practise, working with both adults and young people. I offer face to face sessions at my practise, walk and talk therapy in the beautiful surrounding areas and online sessions where I am able to work with clients from all over the country.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is fundamentally important to the counselling process, therefore I offer a free 20 minute online consultation to see if I am the right counsellor for you. I have experienced first hand the benefits counselling can offer and I am passionate about helping people with their mental health and improving their well-being, I believe everyday can be a new beginning and I am committed to working with you on your journey.

I understand that we are all individuals and not one form of therapy suits everyone, so I offer a range of approaches.
